You can use it to make lesson pages with videos, audio, documents, and membership sites where people can access all the courses. But, it doesn’t have a way to do live streaming and no feature for creating a community, so it’s not great for coaches.

CRM Tools

ClickFunnels currently lacks robust CRM capabilities. You can only create and organize contact lists, and that’s about it. However, ClickFunnels 2.0 is planning to add CRM features soon, but we don’t know exactly when. There are sections on the platform that say “Coming Soon” when you hover over them.

Automation

ClickFunnels 2.0 has automation features in its funnel and email tools. You can make steps in a funnel happen automatically and set up email campaigns to run on their own. You can also automate things like enrolling people in courses, but it’s not as advanced as what GoHighLevel can do.

ClickFunnels 2.0 is user-friendly with a well-organized interface. But, some features are hard to find, and the help guides aren’t complete. So, we had to reach out to customer support often, which made things slower for us.
